Psychotherapy Services
Therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what you’re navigating — whether you’re coming in on your own or as part of a relationship. I work with individuals and couples who are managing complex inner and relational worlds while navigating the demands, expectations, and uncertainties of everyday life.
My approach is collaborative, relational, and grounded in real-world experience. I understand how pressure, performance, responsibility, and change can shape how we relate to ourselves and to others. Therapy is tailored to your unique circumstances, with attention to both emotional depth and practical application.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a supportive space to explore your inner experience, better understand patterns that may be holding you back, and develop more flexibility in how you respond to stress, relationships, and life transitions.
Many people I work with are capable, thoughtful, and driven, yet feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to sustain themselves amid ongoing demands. Therapy may involve exploring emotional patterns, self-expectations, identity, and the ways external pressures impact your sense of self.
My work with individuals is integrative and tailored to each client. Depending on your needs, therapy may draw from approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT Skills, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), narrative and solution-focused approaches, trauma-informed care, Inner Child / Shadow Work, and somatic approaches. Somatic elements may be incorporated to support nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and more embodied ways of responding to stress.
The focus of our work is on building insight, emotional regulation, self-awareness, and more sustainable ways of moving through life.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy provides a space to better understand relational dynamics and shift patterns that create disconnection, conflict, or emotional distance. Even strong, committed relationships can be impacted by stress, competing priorities, changing roles, and the demands of modern life.
I work with couples to explore attachment patterns, communication styles, emotional needs, and the ways outside pressures show up within the relationship. Therapy supports partners in slowing down reactive cycles, strengthening emotional safety, and building more open, responsive ways of connecting.
My approach to couples therapy is grounded primarily in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Relational Life Therapy (RLT), and Gottman-informed methods. These frameworks help couples better understand underlying dynamics, improve communication, and build more secure, resilient relationships.
Couples therapy can be helpful when partners are:
feeling stuck in recurring patterns or conflict
struggling to communicate or feel understood
navigating stress, life transitions, or external pressures
wanting to reconnect, strengthen intimacy, or realign
Premarital Counseling
Premarital counseling is available for couples who want space to thoughtfully explore their relationship as they prepare for marriage or long-term partnership. This work focuses on communication, expectations, values, and relational patterns — helping couples build a strong foundation while navigating the realities of shared life, responsibility, and change.
