Associate Marriage Family Therapist (#152824)

Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (#18616)

Supervised by Christy Merriner, LMFT (#117143)

As an Associate Marriage Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, I help individuals and couples discover clarity, healing, and growth. Whatever you are going through, know that you are exactly where you are meant to be right now. I am here to help along your journey. I can help to equip you with various coping skills and tools to build the confidence and courage to dive deeper to address the deeply rooted causes of those things that you feel are holding you back from achieving your highest potential. My goal is to help you find your authenticity and reconnect to your highest self - to live the life you've always wanted by understanding where you came from, where you are, and where you aspire to be!

My goal is to support clients in becoming more connected to themselves and navigating their lives in a safe, supportive environment. I work from a whole-person perspective, viewing you as separate from the challenges you’re facing rather than defined by them. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities to meet each client where they are. Because we are all unique, therapy is tailored to your individual needs so we can make the most of our time together.

Therapy with me is thoughtful, grounded, and rooted in real life. I work in a way that is attuned to your needs while also being honest, engaged, and responsive. Sessions are not about fixing or pathologizing you, but about creating space to better understand what’s happening beneath the surface and to find ways forward that feel meaningful and sustainable.

I aim to create an environment where you can speak openly, reflect honestly, and feel supported — while also being gently challenged when patterns, habits, or ways of relating may no longer be serving you. I value curiosity, clarity, and depth, and I’m not afraid to offer perspective, insight, or guidance when it feels useful and appropriate.

Our work together may involve exploring thoughts, emotions, and relational patterns, as well as paying attention to how experiences show up in your day-to-day life. Therapy is paced collaboratively, with room for reflection and movement, allowing for both understanding and change to unfold over time.

Whether you’re coming in as an individual or as a couple, the work is grounded in respect, presence, and practical support. My goal is to help you feel more connected — to yourself, to others, and to the direction you’re moving in — while navigating life with greater clarity and steadiness.
